Ray White Geelong West welcomes Beau Dunn to our team as a Sales Consultant.

Hard work, clear advice and strong negotiation are at the core of how Beau Dunn approaches real estate. Having listed and sold homes across Geelong, from inner-city streets through to growing family suburbs, Beau understands that every property and every seller is different. His focus is on giving straightforward advice, creating genuine buyer competition and making sure his clients always know where they stand.

Beau brings a strong property and finance background to Ray White Geelong West. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Financial Planning and Economics, from the University of Wollongong, worked in investment management with Lendlease in Sydney and spent several years selling investment properties across Sydney and Brisbane.

He also spent 16 years working in elite thoroughbred racing, an industry that taught him the value of discipline, preparation and staying calm under pressure. Those qualities now play a big part in the way he handles campaigns and negotiations.

Raising a young family locally, Beau understands the decisions and pressures that can come with buying or selling a home. He believes good real estate service comes down to being available, communicating honestly and working hard to get the best possible result.
